NEW for 2012: SHORT COURSE ASSOCIATE AWARD

This is a new award exclusively for previous Short Course participants (2011 or earlier) who express a desire for continued learning from and for providing hands-on help for the short course. Up to three (3) awards are available. Awardees will assist either with the set-up of the short course and/or a specific module of their interest, and may be asked to give a brief presentation during the short course. Applicants will provide an abstract that describes how the short course has directly helped their research project and/or job performance, and which indicateds how they wish to contribute as an Associate awardee. Up to $1000 is available from this award to attend the short course. An additional $1000 is also available as part of this award to attend the HCS Annual Meeting (if applicable).
