Travel Awards for Students and Post Doctoral Fellows
Travel awards will be given to young histochemists in training, working either toward a masters/doctoral degree or are in post doctoral fellowships at the time of the Annual Meeting. Up to $1000 is available to attend the Annual Meeting. An additional $1000 is available as part of this award to attend the short course (if applicable).
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1) be an HCS member
2) submit an abstract for presentation at the Annual Meeting for which they are the presenting author
3) submit a cover letter from their mentor verifying they are histochemists in training.
Awardees will be notified prior to attending the meeting.
